Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great shower, making the stay comfortable for three people. Staying here was quite an experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and being on the 24th floor provided the perfect view. However, having to take 2 elevators from the entrance to the room and back was a little inconvenient for what I anticipated in NYC.
